Temporary (1 night) SMP or other solutions?

Has anybody heard of a temporary SMP/ATP procedure? I'm attending an awards show in a few months where I'll be photographed and was wanting some kind of temporary hair solution just for the event. I keep my hair buzzed and I'm currently around a Norwood IV or V. I feel like a wig might seem too unnaturally full, but would be open to other temporary options. I live in Los Angeles, so I feel like if there's anywhere that would have options this is the place.
