Increased Shedding on Finasteride // Hyperandrogenicity cure?

Hi, I am almost 17, and I went to the dermatologist a few months ago. He suggested that I start finasteride 1mg as a preventative treatment since my dad went bald at 21. I never really had hair loss and I would barely ever lose hair before the appointment. After 7 weeks on the treatment I noticed these issues:

-Very High Sex Drive (I could not go to sleep most the time, I have constant erections just walking around school, I feel like I am a slave to my own body)
-Itchy scalp, especially around my crown (the area where I am thinning)
-Wispy like hairs (areas I am thinning)
-Thin hair (my hair follicles on the top of my head feel dead and week)
-Increased acne(around my shoulder, upper chest, and traps (where there are the most androgen receptors))
-My whole body feels itchy
-Increased Body Hair

Ive been going to the gym for 4-5 months, after I started finasteride, I noticed I lost body fat although I am already very lean at around 7-8% body fat. Most of my friends think I hopped on steroids, but I did NOT. I think the finasteride has caused my testosterone to go up a lot because for the last week I have been losing hundreds of hairs per day and my scalp has receded very bad. I have become very depressed as a result of finasteride that has caused me to lose a lot of hair ( I did not lose hair until staying on for about 7 weeks).
My regime:
Minoxidil 7%, Finasteride 1mg, Biotin 10,000mcg, 2% ketoconazole shampoo 3x a week

What can I do to stop the shedding?
-Upgrade to Dutasteride 0.5mg(Already have a prescription)
-Lower my dosage of finasteride from 1mg to 0.5mg (very risky, but might work)
-Wait it out until the 6 month mark (I really don't think this will work, In the course of 1 week I have lost around 15% density from a Norwood 0 its that bad)
-Try to lower my testosterone with transgender pills
-End it(I am already very unattractive I cannot lose my hair especially at 17)

I have all the symptoms of hyperandrogenicity.
Someone please help my life is becoming hell and I have never been so sad, my derma doesn't know what to do please help me out.
What should I do?
Here is a photo, I have diffuse scalp thinning but for some reason I also have hair loss along the left side of my hair where I part my hair. I KNOW its not that bad but this is how much hair I've lost in the last week only!!!
