FUE transplantation and mitral valve prolapse

Hello! I am considering doing a hair transplant in Turkey (in my home country the costs would be too high for my financial condition). But I have a question. I have mitral valve prolapse (MVP), it is a common cardiac condition (it is estimated that 20 percent of the pupation has). The point is that such surgery should involve a lot of anesthesia (which can accelerate the heart as a side effect). I know, I should consult a cardiologist to know more about it. But my question is another: Has anyone here who has MVP (or similar heart condition) ever done such a procedure?
