Scars after FUE, Need Fraxel on recipient area, Cant find Doctors.

Hi Im living in Ireland but could travel to UK or further for treatment, would prefer to stay at home though. I have a need to do fraxel or laser or dermabrasion for my head after scarring from hair transplant. The scarring is bumpy but theres is alot of it. All the doctors so far are sidestepping my questions and I am failing to see solutions. Could anybody here help recoomend a good derma/plastic surgeon or more
