Hi Guys! New member here. I'm 24 y/o male and the last 5 months I've been suffering from a sudden hair loss. I started loosing 15-20 hairs in the shower and 6 - 8 when combing out.
No history of AGA in my family, just my older uncle who's NW3 I guess. My dad and my two grandfathers have a head full of hair.
1 month ago I went to a dermatologist who examined my scalp with a dermatoscope and said I had no signs of miniaturization or balding spots. I also complained about seborrheic dermatitis but he said he didn't find any trace of it. I have dandruff sometimes, but not oily or itchy scalp. Finally, the doctor said I had telogen effluviun because my hairfall is scattered throughout my entire scalp, even on the sides or the nape.
At this time, the hairfall has damatrically decreased but is still there. From 4-6 hairs in the shower and the same rate when combing my hair out, depending on how hard I do these things.
I attach some pictures.
2 months ago I got a buzz-cut in order to get a better view of my scalp and hair. My hair has grown fast and normal.
