Help! Are these the early signs of balding?

Hi Guys! New member here. I'm 24 y/o male and the last 5 months I've been suffering from a sudden hair loss. I started loosing 15-20 hairs in the shower and 6 - 8 when combing out.
No history of AGA in my family, just my older uncle who's NW3 I guess. My dad and my two grandfathers have a head full of hair.
1 month ago I went to a dermatologist who examined my scalp with a dermatoscope and said I had no signs of miniaturization or balding spots. I also complained about seborrheic dermatitis but he said he didn't find any trace of it. I have dandruff sometimes, but not oily or itchy scalp. Finally, the doctor said I had telogen effluviun because my hairfall is scattered throughout my entire scalp, even on the sides or the nape.
At this time, the hairfall has damatrically decreased but is still there. From 4-6 hairs in the shower and the same rate when combing my hair out, depending on how hard I do these things.

    I attach some pictures.

2 months ago I got a buzz-cut in order to get a better view of my scalp and hair. My hair has grown fast and normal.

Do you think I should start on Finasteride or something?

You may be starting to lose a little from the crown but it's hard to tell, or it may just be your natural hair whorl. No obvious signs of balding anywhere else on your head, and you also say you've been checked for miniaturisation and they didn't find any. Therefore, you're probably not balding and Finasteride isn't necessary. Also, 4-6 showers in the shower is completely normal, probably even lower than normal. You can lose up to 100 hairs a day and not be balding

First of all, thanks for your answer.
Secondly, I'd want to add that when I shed hairs, normally are from everywhere from my scalp, even the sides and nape. I don't how normal that is...

And about my crown, here are some pics I took two months ago when I got a buzz cut. I feel it's the way I style my hair but you guys know more about this than me.

We shed hairs from all over our scalp (up to 100 a day). If you are balding then obviously more hairs will be lost from the top of the head. Your photos are a little blurry, however there are no signs of 'obvious' balding from what I can see. Finasteride is not something that should be just taken on a whim, that is to say it should only be taken when it is clear that you are suffering from MPB. I'm not saying you should wait until you're a slick bald NW7 before you consider it, but you should show be 100% sure that you are balding (IMHO).
