Quality PRP and/or Follicle Stem Cell Treatment in Europe

After 12 months of finasteride and before committing to a hair transplant (surgery), I would first like to undergo a PRP and/or Follicle Stem Cell Treatment in order to improve follicle quality/quantity. I would prefer going to a clinic located in Europe.

My questions:

1. Can anyone recommend a good clinic or doctor in Europe for PRP? I would be grateful for any advice / experiences from other forum users.

2. Has anyone tried the follicle stem cell treatment? Again, I would be happy to hear your experiences.
