18 years old; am I balding, thinning, maturing, or is this something else?

Around 1.5 years ago I had some slight recession equally on both temples. This recession essentially made my hairline a carbon copy of my dads in his early twenties. He is in his late 50s now and still has a solid amount of hair, you can see thinning on top when it's wet, but otherwise it looks full. He did lose around an inch of his frontal portion entirely in his late 30s, but the rest stayed full until really about 50.

My father's father had little to no recession through life. He lost a bit of hair, but more or less had a full head in his 70s. He maintained a juvenile hairline at least until 50.

My mother's father is mostly bald now and trims his hair short. He had recession in his 40s, but did not have any real thinning until 60s.

My mother's mother's father had a full head of hair as far as I can tell from pictures, but thinned out a bit as he aged.

The change I have experienced lately is what seems like my frontal hairline being a bit thinner (the bangs?). My hair has a natural wave shape when dry and this is largely still the same. The hair just seems a bit thinner and seems to be more angled up, whereas in the past its always fallen flatter.

To note the recession on both temple regions from 1.5 years ago is not going straight up. It is more on the sides of my head, which made me think originally that it was just an odd mature hairline.

I'm not worried about the prospect of eventually thinning or losing hair. As people age they get wrinkles and their muscles aren't what they used to be, so I don't mind if hair isn't what it used to be either. I am worried about it happening to me at 18. And I would be fine with a bit of thinning by 30 and more by 50, just not at 18.
