Do you have first signs of balding (blonde hair/25 years old)?

I noticed around half a year ago first signs of my receding hairline. I am not sure whether I am too paranoid or its a real thing. I have a visit with trichologist on Monday to be sure whether I have to start worrying about that. Any comments would be extremely appreciated. I started taking some steps to prevent it - I am using Nizoral shampoo, taking Biotin supplement and drinking Aloe Vera.
