Hey lovies!!
I’m wishing you all well! I’m 24 and had been suffering with hair loss for years. I’ve spend my money and tried it all. Laser combs, rogaine, hair fibers. Finally I’ve found the regimen that works for me and I’m excited to share it with you guys. And also excited to learn more from all of you!
1. Drink atleast 20oz of water per day.
2. Take hair supplements (I’m taking viviscal)
3. Use a good sulfate free shampoo. This is key!!! I’m using one with growth properties
4.Scalp massages with any stimulating treatment from time to time to increase blood flow.
