UK vs USA vs Turkey Hair Transplant

    Hello!

I am 27 year old male based in the UK

I have been using Propecia for about a year and a half and it does not seem to have stopped my hairloss (please see attached photos).

I am ready to get a hair transplant but I am still unsure where to go and would like advise if possible.

In an ideal world I would do it in the UK as it is close to home. I have been to see the Harley Street Clinic in London, they have offered me FUE 1500 grafts which seems little underwhelming as I think I need more than this. I cannot find many what seem like real reviews for them online and they were reluctant when I asked for references/emails of previous patients. I would like to talk to a number of people for advise.

I have also had a consultation with Dr Bloxham at Feller Medical in New York, he offered me FUT 1750 - 2000 grafts. He said that he would be able to do multiple strips over a few years and would be able to fill the affected areas.

I have also talked to Dr. Koray Erdogan in Turkey, they also say I should wait as I have 'high percentile miniaturized hair in your donor area'.

They have all said I have a low donor supply so I want to do this right and am confused what to do.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

Go see this guy: He is one of the best in the world.

I have seen Dr. Feller but Dr. Bloxham must be new. I also have a low density donor area so I was not a candidate for a hair transplant. I don't think you will get the desired results you are looking for so if i was you i would be patient and wait for replicel or histogen.

Do you have any reviews I can read from The BHR Clinic? I can't really find any

      I have recently been recommended:
      Lorenzo, Bisaanga, Erdogan, Freitas

Can anyone recommend any of these?

I live in the US and can say that if budget is not a concern there are plenty of options with excellent results in N America. Turkey can be significantly less expensive but a bit of a mixed bag. I would recommend you to take a look at works performed by HLC and ASMED. the best drs I’ve seen have to be in Spain, in my modest opinion they have some of the most amazing results, and price is not as prohibitive as in the US. Dr Couto, Freitas and Lorenzo have 100s of documented cases. I will be having my transplant over there next year. Wait lists tend to surpass a year but are worth it.
