As a new medial graduate, what is the fastest way to be a hair transplant surgeon?

Hello, I am an international medical graduate, planning to apply for residency next year.

Instead of applying for dermatology or plastic surgery residency and wait for another 5-6 year to practice hair transplant, would you recommend me to apply for a shorter program, like family medicine or IM, and then get straight into hair transplant field?

Or should I move to another country where I can practice faster, without going through a residency program?

What would be the next best thing for me to do?
Really appreciate if anyone can mentor me, please.

Is anyone here with a dermatology degree?
    Hello,
I graduated with a dermatology degree and immediately started working at Bernstein Medical as an intern. Then, I finished the Hair transplant training MATA courses in London. By the way, I'm finishing my dissertation proposal via essaydune prof standards about Quality abd Innovative technologies in Hair Restoration Surgery.
