Question Keto diet Thoughts & what do you follow?

What do you think about going on a keto diet for someone with hairloss?
Do you think that the higher fat would increase dht, and increase hairloss?
What diet/lifestyle plan do you follow? (macros)

    Thanks.

No. First of all the Keto diet calls for low-carbs, which is your body's main source of energy. Don't get me wrong, you can cut in that fashion, but it would be much more efficient to lower fat and raise carbs. The body stores fat more easily than carbs, which have to be converted to fat first.
