NW5 - Big 3 (Trying to Save)

Hoping to get some feedback -

I am a 30yr old male and would be what I consider a NW5 on the spectrum. I probably should have shaved it all off a while ago, but I am trying to save what I can at this point. I just recently (1 month) started the Big 3 (Propecia 1.25mg daily / Rogaine Liquid 2x daily / Nizoral Shampoo) and feel like I am seeing some results. I would like to continue for 9-12 months then get a transplant but just wanted to see if there is anything else I can do in the interim to help out. Is dermarolling helpful? Are there any supplements or leave in conditioners that might help out as well? I hear about Biotin, but I have heard from some its only helpful if you have a deficiency? Any help or feedback is welcome!

I have also included a pic - Day 1, Day 15 & Day 30. Day 1 & 30 are right out of the shower while Day 15 did include some gel. Day 1 -> 30 are left to right.
