Help on deciding where to have hair transplant procedure in turkey

I have spent month researching where the best place to have my hair transplant using fue method. Im drawn towards dr Karadeniz at aek clinic. Has anyone had procedure done here lately??. I noticed hes no longer a member of INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF HAIR RESTORATION SURGERY (ISHRS) , but now a member of American Board of Hair Restoration Surgeons*(ABHRS). What is the difference between these two organisations? Im looking to have my ht done at a Repuital clinic/hospital that ticks all the boxes not just a mill that i cant put trust in.
