Typical baldness anxiety thread (14M)

No significant family history, though my father and his grandfather both went bald. My father started around his early 30s with his crown, my great grandfather not sure, but I know he at least had a full head of hair by his early 20s. Other than that there's no balding of any sort in my family tree, encompassing everybody on my mother's side and my grandfather on my father's side. My diet isn't the best but isn't the worst, and though I have had a stressful few months, I was under the impression that stress related loss didn't affect primarily the hairline. I've got naturally thin hair and scalp eczema, however I noticed it seemed to have receded a bit more than usual. Is this early onset MPB or something else? Edit: I've also been using liquid hydrocortisone for my scalp eczema and hydrocortisone cream for my other eczema, plus some multivitamins, but other than that no medications.
