Donor area loss of hair

I need your help please

I have been make hiar transplantation operation since one year in istanbul and the result was good and now notice the loss of the original hair from the donor area only , to the extent that it kept places free of hair is similar to alopecia Is this normal and what treatment and is hair regrow again
