Thoughts about Hairmedico/Dr. Arslan Musbeh?

I was thinking about getting a transplant from him using his sapphire FUE method.

Pros:
Looks like he does most of the work himself
Only 1 transplant per day

Concern:
On realself, I see great reviews from patients with information, some with before and post surgery pictures but I don’t see anyone that posts after that. No update information, pictures, …

Possible Reasons:
1) They are busy and don’t have time to post/reply to realself.
2) They are fake

Has anyone had a transplant from him or know someone that has?
