    Male pattern baldness?

In the last 3 months I have noticed thinning on my crown with an itchy scalp in that area with hair loss in the 50 - 100 hairs per day range. During the time it started my diet was very bad (i was in a calorie deficit to lose weight which in which i lost 6kg in around 2.5 weeks). I was under a large amount of stress at the time aswell. To this day i still notice thinning in my crown, itchy scalp and hair shedding.
Do you think this is MPB or stress given that my dad started losing his hair around my age but lost it from the front whereas my hairline is intact at a strong norwood 2 which ive had for many years. Thanks in advance

I experienced the same symptoms as you where my scalp would experience these weird sensations like burning or irritation. I was extremely in the beginning of April stressing my body out for sports, working oUt, which landed me in the hospital with minimal myocarditis around May. My father went bald around 25 with hairline recession and my paternal grandfather went bald on the crown. I’ve documented my haircut through pictures and surprisingly my hair seems to be getting better without medication such as rogaine. I think you’re experiencing Telogen Effivium or TE, sorry for the misspelling. Google it and conduct your own research. Fix your diet as well! And check the labels on the products you use on your hair!

I had the same problem eventually lost hair there. I had to have a hair transplant in Turkey Mega Hairtrans. Now I am doing amazing.
