Hello, yes definitively stick with the fin & min no matter how bad your shedding gets (it could last up to two months). When it stops you should get some regrowth pretty soon, by then the fin should also hopefully begin to take effect. You're young, and with your diffuse pattern of hair loss, hopefully you'll be in for some decent regrowth, stay positive!
