Any opinions on Elithair, a Turkish clinic that claims to practice DHI?

So I want to go for a DHI method since this seems the most up-to-date method, especially in terms of hair design implant.

I found out about this clinic in Turkey that practices DHI: https://elithairtransplant.com/dhi-hair-transplant/

It mostly has positive reviews which I never trust, but a few bad reviews. I'd like to have to opinion.

Specifically if they do hairline design with the DHI method (implant according to the direction of hairs & implant smaller grafs packets on the hairline then dense as you go up the head) which I don't see how anybody could go but doctors.

Also apparently no clinics in Turkey are apparently recognised by the Global DHI Foundation and there are lots of scare article about implants in Turkey.
