    Best Hairline Doctor

Thoughts on the doctors who muskie the most consistently natural-looking hairlines? Particularly for straight, fine blond hair. I live in NYC, but am willing to travel if need be. (Here is my current hairline below.)

I want to get fairly conservative FUE, basically reinforcing the forelock and filling in the recesses a small bit. I met with Dr Carlos Wesley, who quoted me 1600 graft FUE. I’m thinking I’ll need a bit closer to 2000, honestly. But I would like to go with the best doctor for my current situation.

    Thoughts?

I like this guy but never had a procedure with him. I did have a consult but my donor area was too thin for FUE.

Ha! I don't know if "crazy" is the exact description I'm looking for, but Rahal is definitely on my radar. Thanks

Dr Wesley is excellent so discuss your concerns surrounding numbers at a second consult. Allow him to gain a better idea on YOUR goal.

djohnson, I saw a post from Wesley's patient who has a 1 year time lapse of his hair on youtube...it looked great. I think 1600 would be brilliant for you. Less is more in general, and graft survival will be better with less density. Hair transplants are a lifelong commitment, you'd probably need a touch-up down the road.

As far as traveling- I think there are a lot of great choices away from the coasts where high costs of living doesn't get rolled into the price tag.

            Good luck!
