Default What can be done for this level of baldness?

I need your opinions. What Norwood ranking am I and what can be done to possibly redeem my hairline? I think it got progressively worse since I quit using rogaine. Got tired of applying the foam every day. I'm 24 and use nizoral shampoo and get some biotin supplementation. My hair really was a lot better I think even a year ago when i was using Rogaine but it's been noticably getting worse for maybe 3-4 years now. What can be done at this point?
I know shaving it might be the best option but what else is there that can fix this if anything?

If not willing to use rogaine or propecia then just save it. Surgery only thing left but they will want you on propecia.

I may have to bite the bullet and get back on it. Do you think my crown is recoverable?

It could be be but get back on rogaine and just apply it before you go to bed...easy.

Thanks. This is probably what I'm going to do. I may even be able to do twice a day. I'm not sure that i'm going to do finasteride for personal reasons. Hopefully there is some level of regrowth and thickening of hair possible if I stay adamant about applying just minoxidil every day and don't stop along with biotin and nizoral for whatever benefit I get from those.
