    Default Strip Scar Repair Question

I shaved to a zero guard last week, I noticed the scar has a slight indent, dip to it, as there is a shadow in indirect light. When the hair was grown out I thought this shadow was from the hair gap, but seems to persist with a shaved head. HT doc told me scars lack subcutaneous fat which creates a slight dip.

I contacted a doc that performs fat grafting into scars. Anyone have experience with this?? Also, does anyone have experience with fraxel or vbeam?
