Alopecia Areata, is distinguished by small, completely bare spots, you don't have that.

Telogen effluvium is generally caused by shock, and in some cases, the hair grows back.

DPA is usually front, to the crown, but not usually the sides.

DUPA, is Diffuse, Unpatterned, and only effects 2-3% of balding men, per "the internet".

The Doctor Didn't tell me anything about the type of hairloss I am facing , He just said its Harmonal Hairloss , Told me to take medication and meet him after 2 months.

Also he has not put me on Finasteride , Hence I wanted to know if any experienced person on the forum can identify the type of hairloss i am facing.

We can't diagnose you here. You need to ask your doctor, or if that doctor can't tell you, a trichologist (hair specialist).
