Transplanting on half-bald parts
Good people hello
Is it possible (and is it common) to also implant some hair all over the scalp top, where there is still hair but not like it used to be, instead of implanting it just at the bald parts? (Assuming that i have enough donate hair for that ofcourse)
So im asking abot the half-bald parts,
But also about the normal parts that are just not as full as they used to be.
Thousand thanks!!

Hi Krembo. Sure, it is both common and advisable, since its very likely that the thinning hair on the top (thinning not yet bald) will fall as well, partially or totally, so you want to make it fuller and prevent it from turning bald by adding some extra hairs.
Now, for those areas with hair, if you dont want to add more follicles or even after the transplant you are not satisfied, you can always simply fill them up with non invasive solutions like scalp camouflage or hair fibers (cosmetic instant thickener) and mame it look fuller. Only for the thinning areas as it will not work on the completely bald ones.
Check this out: https://youtu.be/KbALvSDLN-4 but jump to min 8 or 9 after all the bla bla bla (lol).

Hi Krembo, It is of course possible implant to the half-bald parts. In the normal parts you can have also good density.
