Help me and my daughter are loosing our hair at the same time

Hi I’ve been experiencing hair thinning/loss for about 1 year now but I also started seeing a difference with my 9 year old daughters hair to at the same time. Now a year on our hair is very thin and can see a lot of our scalps. I’ve had blood test, thyroid and vitamin test all negative. We have really short strands of hair all over but mainly on top and the hair that falls out is so thin that you can’t actually feel it in between your fingers. I have also got thinning eyebrows and eyelashes my eyebrows are quite patchy. I have look constantly for an answer but have found none. Is it something we got from holiday? Is it something in our home ? Please help I’m terrified if I don’t find the answer soon this will ruine my daughters life.
