best hair follicle nutrient 3 months after hair transplant

Hi folks
What is the best Hair follicle nutrient after having a hair transplant.
I've heard of aloe vera, avocado oil,coconut oil but what has the best evidence of working to feed the hair follicles because i have read studies that say hair follicles feed on glucose.

which has manuka honey in it, i also use a bit of aloe vera as well about every 2-3 days gently massaged into hair transplant area.
I'm 3 months in and can see loads of new growth and getting excited,
I had mine done by the only hair transplant surgeon that is also a UK National health service plastic surgeon repairing people's faces after accidents.... so no doubt hair transplants are child's play compared to rebuilding someone's face.
