Telogen Effluvium or MPB?

Hey Guys, just wanted to show you guys some hair stuff. Thelast two pictures are from march-june of 2018, while the first two are a couple weeks recent. I have been experiencing hair loss for about a year now, and it was almost exactly 3 months after some stressful times.
1. Mom got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer
2. Parents divorced
3. Got kicked out of college
4. Crashed my beautiful mustang into a pole of Xanax
5. Went to a rehab program
6. Got a girl preggers, ect. ect. ect.
you get it.. However I noticed that my hairline is returning completely to normal; but I have started to lose the hair on the top of my head just recently. The nape of my neck, the sides of my head and eyebrows are thinning right now as well. I was wondering if I attached these pictures if y'all could chime in? The first two are from
