2500 session with Dr Alan Feller

Excellent hair on top and in crown but almost the entire front third including hairline is gone.
To fill this area in we performed 2,500 grafts dense packed via FUT (strip) in just a single session. His procedure started at 8am and he went home at about 2:30pm.
Here are some pre op and post op photos. The purple lines demark where we planned to implant the new grafts. The very front line is packed with single hair follicular units only, followed by 2 and 3 hair follicular units.

Looks like an awesome result! How old is this guy though? Is it really wise to pack his frontal hairline like this? Won't it just cause problems in the future if the balding progresses?
