Stopped propecia 1 day ago, testicular ache!! Panic!

28 y/o male here.

I ate propecia 1mg for 4 days. I stopped right away because I couldn't take the anxiety regarding the prospects of permanent side-effects.

NOW that i quit though (1 day ago), this whole day i have felt pain in my lower stomach area and down to the testicles.

I know I only took 4 pills in total. Do you think this will go away or do i have to live the rest of my life with this ache?

PLEASE I'm desperate for answers.

As someone who has also only just started the journey I thought I would share my experience.

So, it has been only three weeks since I started, after my second or third daily pill I had the same similar pain, all be it, very sporadic on and off with me. Basically the symptoms gradually decreased and towards the second week the ache totally went and currently I have no aches or pain to talk about.

Believe it or not I have already see some new hair grow around my frontal hairline even though its just three weeks in (I emailed Joe T, because I just wanted to know if this was normal or even heard of).

Personally, I would have tried to ride it out a bit longer as 4 days is not very long and those aches you were talking about may well have gone away, have you thought about maybe just starting off on a every other day dose to start with?

What ever you do I really think you will work out fine and any effects will dissipate with time, although you hear of cases where effects are seemingly permanent, you would have to be one of the very small unlucky majority that this happens too.
