Where to start with hair loss?

Hi everyone,

I am 39 year old and always used to have a lot of hair and wore it long. Over the period of last two years the hair began to thin out, slowly at first, and it seems at a faster rate now. I can’t describe how depressed I feel, goring from someone with long hair, to someone with bold spots. I would like to seek consultations and get a treatment (perhaps Rogaine ), however I am at loss as to where to turn. Google search tends to provide me with just hair transplant clinics in the area – even though I consider a hair graft as an option, I would not want to have an opinion from someone who is only interested in selling it to me.


Can anyone recommend a trusted hair specialist / hair clinic in Toronto, Canada, to go for initial consultations? Any nearby cities would do as well, I would do anything to try to improve my current condition.
