17 year old can easily pull out hair.
So over the past few days, I've noticed that I can pull out few strands of hair quite easily. I've mostly been pulling from the sides and back of my head. Areas I know that aren't typically affected by male pattern baldness. I do have dandruff/ dry scalp. Any response is appreciated.

Try nizoral and stop pulling on your hair.

Obviously stop pulling out your hair. If you can’t as you feel it is a compulsion (and these things can happen) then go see your doctor as there are talking therapies and medicines you can try to help.
Like mrclean said, Nizoral will help with the dandruff.

How is your diet looking?
Are you currently taking meds?
Are you dealing with an illness?
There are a number of factors that could be fueling your problem.

Diet could be better. No medications. Don't really have an Iillness either.
