Can Flomax for bph cause Hair loss

Hi guys, ive been using flomax for a few months due to some prostate issues.
It seems as though my hair thinned a bit but my doc said flomax will not caus hair loss. Anyone have any info?
He said almost all drugs have some sort of complaint regarding hair loss but its very rare. He said some people get hair loss from certain blood pressure meds but not all.
