Anxiety is a powerful thing, and like anything, the more you feed it, the stronger it gets. As someone who suffered from a full on anxiety disorder for over two decades of my life, and having been in "recovery" for the past 6 years or so, I assure you that freedom from it is possible. Look into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and see if there's anywhere close to you that can facilitate this sort of therapy for you. It's mindbogglingly fast and effective. At the root of it, once you accept that "thoughts are just thoughts" and have no real power in your life, then you'll then be able to open yourself up to all the other stuff that lies underneath those thoughts - and that's where the anxiety gets (and loses) it's power, depending on how you choose to respond to it.

I think you are worried too much about your hair, If it is more then 100 and you are feeling bad for it then you should talk with a hair specialist. In my opinion, 100-120 hair shedding is pretty normal and everyone does lose some hair every day. At the last, you said there is a small dot in your hair I think you have weak hair root so when you are combing or run your finger through it uprooted and hair fall happen. I suggest you consult with a dermatologist emideatly.
