Default Civas Vs Hakan Doganay Vs Koray Erdogan

    Hi All,

I have been browsing the forum for a while and it really is a wealth of information that has helped me come to the decision that I would like to do something about my hair.

Whilst cost isn't the primary factor I understand the Turkey surgeons above are amongst leaders in their field so my intention is to get it done there.

I would say I am a NW4/5 and have sent pics and details to all 3 of the above.

Civas - suggested 3000 grafts for circa. 4000 euros
Doganay - suggested 4000 grafts for 7000 euros
Koray - suggested 5000 grafts for 12000 euros

I found the communication timely and overall package offered from Civas and Doganay pretty inclusive (e.g. meds, all food etc).
The comms from the Koray team was fairly hit and miss with me having to do a bit of chasing, and I understand a few things aren't included in the price (e.g. dinner etc).

I just wanted to understand peoples opinions of the best bang for buck with the above. The results from Dr. Koray Erdogan look very impressive but just wanted peoples view before I take the plunge. What does worry me slightly is the big variation in the grafts suggested.

My priority would be minimal scarring and timely recovery (due to work commitments) and a natural density in the coverage.

Thanks all in advance for your advice.

Hi Mate, I am in the same prdicament with Koray Erdogan, He was the only doctor that suggested 5000 grafts, given the other 7 to 8 doctors I emailed my photos to suggested 3500 to 3800 grafts. Communication with their rep has also been the worst out of all doctors I have contacted. Koray has also had some bad results this past year and all of this has be rethinking my decision to go with him.

I received identical quotes from Erdogan, Doganay and Civas. 5,000, 4,000 and 3,000 respectively. I’ve personally found the communication with Asmed’s Erdogan team excellent. I think if cost was not a factor whatsoever, I’d go with Erdogan. Unfortunately, it is of course. As a result, I’m weighing them all up. Have you two chaps decided yet?
