Guys - is ATP (advanced tricho pigmentation) an actual thing or is it a ‘posh’ way of saying SMP?

No, they are not the same - both procedures use different types of inks.

Tricopigmentation is temporary and will fade over a couple of years while SMP is more permanent and can last up to 10 years or more.
