Massive shed, seeking advice
Hello,
I'm 27 years old male. Only my grandfather from my mother's side was bald (NW 7). No other hairloss problems for the rest of the family members.
I started losing hair on the vertex nearly 2 and a half years ago, when I was 24. It started a few months after a very stresful event in my life. Since then, I slowly lost hairs on the vertex. But the last months of 2017, again, I went through another stressful event. Starting from January 2018 a major shedding started on my scalp (over 200~ hairs / day), and now my scalp is visible, my hair is diffuse and thin.
I went to a dermatologist and I was diagnosed with androgenetic alopecia and tellogen effluvium. I was given Vichy Dercos and Vichy Aminexil.
Is it normal to shed this much? Anyone went through this? Any advice?

Could it be chronic telogen effluvium, since it was triggered by a really f***** up moment in my life and that stress continued?
