Throwing up Dutasteride

I just threw up today due to food poising, threw up alot i was completely empty

I take Dutasteride .5 everyday, did I just throw up some of the dutasteride I've taken from the past couple days. I guess the question is does dutasteride sit in your stomach while it inhibits DHT or does it sit in your blood stream

I know it has to build up alot to take its full effect I didn't want to effect this

Please post some things you know about dutasteride and how it builds up in your system, where it is stored in your body, etc.
