Propecia and Androgel

Does anyone advise using Androgel to offset the negative sexual side effects of Propecia? Will the Propecia block all of the DHT if more is created?

The more testosterone present the more that can be converted to DHT. This may lead to a speeding up of the genetic hair loss. Do not thing Androgel is the answer to combat the side effects of Propecia. The potential risks outweigh to benefits.
