Can't answer the question about the crown because there are no before pictures. It doesn't look bad and a flash will make it look worse.
I would of started rogaine first instead of propecia because rogaine is specifically for the crown and safer than propecia.
You may not have MPB and could be related to stress. You may see some results with propecia unless it related to stress.
