Default Can I recover from gyno after 4 months on fin?

I started to take finasteride 4 months ago. I noticed about a month ago that my chest looks different, but at first I thought it's just fat because I'm a bit overweight.
But my "boobs" look cone shaped and my nipples are puffy, and these are symptoms of gynecomastia.
Anyone experienced this before? Is it too late to quit finasteride now? I stopped taking it yesterday.
    (I'm 36, so it's not puberty related)
