Default suffering from hair loss(?), i need an opinion.

I am 18 y/o guy with relatively long hair.
I need a look from other people who suffer from hair loss.
    I'm Type 2.5 Norwood.
My hair is very thin and sparse, with one temple bald than the other.
At the age of 45, my father's hair from the front not so much fell out, only lost in density.
The last couple of weeks I noticed that the hair began to fall much more than usual, they are very easy to break away if i pull them with my fingers.
    Take a look.
(last one is my dad's hair at 45)

If this is how your hair has been, since you where a child, then you have sparse hair. If you have seen a change in your hair, you are losing your hair. A NW 2.5 is NOT a normal hairline for someone your age.

"not so much fell out, only lost in density" that statement makes no sense. You can't lose density without actually losing hair.

So the issue is... what do you do about it? Obviously, you are here. So you can decide.

    You can do nothing.

You can shave it or cut it short.

You can try drugs, rugs or plugs. You are too young for either drugs or plugs, your sides, are really really thin, so the option for a hairsystem is possible, but you would need to do a faded, undercut to save the long hair on top.

    Interesting...

Your thin sides are not going to benefit from either the oil nor the message. Actually, too much massage can cause traction alopecia.

I wonder if you should maybe see a doctor about the thinning sides?

You could try a shaved fade, with an undercut, keeping the long hair on top, that would solve your problem, and is a totally awesome haircut (OK, so it's my current haircut, LOL).

i will definitely go for a doctor, but i don't think undercut style will do, cause my long hair is really hiding my temples
