How concerned should I be?

Really appreciate any advice, should I watch every 6 month to a year or just go to a hairloss clinic?

It doesn't look too bad. If you observe it going back further then that is a problem. I have recently started a serum treatment in dec 2017. I have loads of growing near my hairline.
You may want to check pictures though. The serum really does work and so far no side effects.

I have read loads of stories about finasteride and minoxidil but nothing much about serums. Don't know why. Its working for me.

Looks like a mature hairline with the possibility of further progression. Just observe it for now to see if it worsens. You have a good hairline.
