Post FUE hair transplant day 3

Hi guys

Another few questions here on day 3.
1. I carried a shopping bag around today with food tins etc for about 10 - 15 mins. Would this be classed as strenuous or affect my grafts?
2. Had an anti histimine today for my hay fever, will that affect the grafts.

No and no... Looking back I realized I was too careful. After a few to 10 days your hair is pretty well in there!
