hair fall

i am 20 year old i start using finasteride 1mg and minoxidal 5% for seven months till now i did not see any positive result nothing has been change the hair fall out the same way i visit a dermetalogist again and he recommend me stop using finasteride and continue using minoxidil

i have severe here loss when i rub a hand on my hair my hand is full of hair what should i do ?

and my hair is full of dandruff and i did not noticed in hairline yet.
