Honestly I think anyone who doesn't know much about hair transplants, won't expect anything. You could probably get the hair laser ed off. I don't think I would worry about scarring as it really doesn't look very noticeable

You can get the hair lasered off or use electrolysis (a more targeted aggressive way of removing the hairs). Dr. Cooley took about 200 grafts out of my frontal hairline using this. Caused a lot of redness and took over a month to heal, so be prepared to wear a hat for awhile if going that route.

For sure count your blessings you went with FUE and can do that. I went with FUT and did not have the same options at all and had to go for a second transplant instead.

HUGE improvement from the first photo you shared. If you wanna do a zero all over it may look even better... But I think this is definitely doable and looks good on you.

And of course this would have a negative impact on your life while you're adjusting to it and working through it all. Every single person on this forum has/has had insecurities about our hair, and being on the receiving end of a failed transplant comes with its own set of disappointment and grief. I'm just very happy for you that you don't have a strip scar and that you're able to pull this look off. Hopefully with time you'll be used to this being your look and won't even think twice about it anymore.
