Finasteride 6 months in - Progress? (pics)

I’ve been on finasteride for almost 6 months now and I’m unsure if I’ve made progress. What do you think? I have Diffuse patterned alopecia.
Unfortunately I changed my bathroom lightbulbs in the past few months so the lighting is a bit different...
