Thinning hair or shaved head?

I always wondered why men who are thinning in a major way grow their hair out even longer. Shaving your head in my opinion is the best option. Nothing looks worse then thinning hair.

By my observation, most men who are significantly thinning do shave their heads. At least those who are younger do.
