HairOmega is efficient ? Any side effects ?

i've read a lot on Amazon about HairOmega 3-in-1 DHT, it has 4.1 rating over 5 and more than 1000 reviews. I wanted to know if It has any side effects. Some people will tell me it is not as efficient as Fin, I know, no need to remind me this. I just want to know if some people here tried it, what are the results and side effects if applicable.
